Dana 60 Broken stud

The Chevy Dana 60 had a broken stud in the housing. Not very fun!

After breaking the first easy-out off in the hole, about 30 drill bits were harmed in the making of this story. Once the hole was finally bored out again, another easy out got the job done!

It came clean, with no damage to the housing.
