Broken Axle 2 - (first wave of upgrades)

Starting with a pretty much bone stock 1983 Chevy 350 K10 truck, with a 4" susp., and a 3" body lift.

He began the mild engine build.

• Edelbrock air gap manifold
• Demon 750 cfm carb.
• Comp Xtreme 4x4 cam Adv.Dur. 270/278 Lift .480/.498 RPM range 1800-6000
• Hedman headers
• Pete Jackson gear drive
• K&N filter

Next removing the 4" lift and, replacing it with a 6" lift including front and rear springs. Tires were next. 37x13.5x15 Boggers replaced some a/t 35" tires.

This concluded the total finances available for the upgrades he wanted at the time.
