Hung up on an old Redwood
Broken driveline
Slid the lower section out. new u-joint in, put it back together. It also broke the end of the yolk, but it got us home. Now i carry a spare lower tube shaft ready to go, extra u-joints, extra u-bolt hardware, and an extra yolk. All is 1310 on the lower end. but that's o.k. i like knowing where my weak point is. it's easy to fix too.

Jason's Tube Bumper
Started with two 3' chunks of 2x6 1/4" wall tube steel
one piece was cut in half for the angled sides that follow the body.
2" flat stock was used to cap the bottom and sides of the corners
1 1/2" angle was welded inside the frame at the top, and 2"x4" angle was welded on top of the frame. This was done to account for the 3" body lift, which doesn't look that great in this pic. hey Jason, i think you need some new bushings.
